Longwood Plantation and Magnolia Place offer a community that is safe, cozy, and cheerful! While providing assistance with activities of daily living, our trained professionals encourage our residents to continue their independence and provide our residents with a sense of self-satisfaction.

All Residents Receive the Following General Services and Amenities:

• Building security with alarmed doors / watchmate system in secured unit.
• Emergency alert systems in each suite.
• Transportation to area medical facilities.
• Management of personal funds.
• Planned social, recreational, and spiritual activities on and off grounds.
• 24-hour staffing.
• 24-hour Registered Nurse on call.
• Free cable TV.
• Fire/smoke alarms in each suite.
• On-campus hair salon
• Three full-service meals daily in our spacious dining room.
• Specialized diets accommodated.
• Free personal laundry service.
• Regular housekeeping.
• Free phone use in common areas (local).
• All utilities (except phone) in suite.

In Addition to the Above Services and Amenities, Each Resident Receives:

• Towels, sheets, bedding, blankets, and bedspread.
• Window treatments.
• Bed linen changed weekly and as needed.
• Mail delivered daily.
• Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) as needed.
• Wall-to-wall carpet.
• Beautifully furnished private, or companion suite, each with a full bath.
